Who you are

As a customer service employee French, you have excellent communication skills and are a real team player! You are very motivated to start a new job. Tight deadlines do not scare you and you work organized. You have good IT skills, looking at Microsoft Office and preferably MAPICs.

What will you do

As a customer service employee French you manager the orders from start to delivery. While doing that, you make sure that the expectations of the customers are met or exceeded! You will receive the orders and if needed, process special requirement. You schedule the orders based on the capacity of the production. If there are any special requirements, you discuss them internally and inform the customer about it. You process changed in the order and check the progress. You will inform the customers of the shipment dates. Next to that, you stay in touch with the customers for any questions.

• Processing orders and informing the customers
• Support the customers for any questions or inquiries.
