Description
  • Navigating the SAP system, handling everything from lead times and pricing to packaging and paperwork.
  • Keeping an eagle eye on order fulfillment, you'll identify potential delays and bottlenecks before they become a hassle, keeping everyone informed.
  • Working with colleagues in Logistics, Planning, and Finance, you'll tackle any hurdles that arise, keeping customers and sales in the loop.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information is key, and you'll be the go-to person for that.
  • Customer concerns are top priority, and you'll handle order-related complaints efficiently.
  • Need a credit or debit note? You'll be the master of issuing them for on-invoice issues.
  • Keeping pricing information accurate at both customer and country levels is your domain.

Gevraagd

* Bachelor/MBO+/HBO
* Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in a similar position
* Experienced in working with SAP & MS Office is a must
* Excellent English and German language skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A service-oriented, positive, pro-active and collaborative work attitude
* A real team player who enjoys to work in a team
