Our client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial business group within a large multinational and has experienced very strong growth since its inception in 2000. The specialty chemicals market is mainly characterised by difficult to handle, expensive and special chemicals where delivering high quality is very important. In addition, the Business Unit Specialty Chemicals is trying to focus more and more on high-tech logistics services for these fine chemicals.

• As an employee you take care of the services of one or more customers. You stand between our operations managers and commercial managers. This involves following up on various customer orders, scheduling operations together with the operations managers, managing stock and reporting to the customer. Classifying and archiving files plus preparing correct invoices to the customer. Performing all other possible tasks for which there are agreements with the customers. You work on the continuous improvement of the working environment and working methods and work in line with the management and operations managers on productivity and efficiency.
• You think and act in function of 100% customer satisfaction, both internal and external. You are in contact with almost all departments and employees who all have the same goal: consistently deliver quality within a reasonable timeframe.
• In terms of systems and concepts, you work actively and innovatively on creating added value in terms of quality, lead time reduction and cost control, in other words you keep it "lean".
