As a Customer Service Representative German, you will be responsible for all order processing. From the incoming order to the actual delivery, you will liaise with customers about the process.

Omschrijving

• Function as the link between the customer and the organisation's field sales force.
• Maintaining contact with the (internal) customers and stakeholders.
• Developing good customer relationships to best serve the customers' needs.
• Responsible for recording, handling and resolving customer problems and requests.
• Ensuring complete order processing from order input into the SAP system to final delivery.
• Thinking along in process optimisation in order to serve customers even better.

Gevraagd

* You have a completed MBO-4/ HBO degree, or work and thinking level.
* Experience is a plus but the company offers a good induction process for starters in the market.
* Fluent in English & German, dutch and is a plus.
* A real team player, communicative and customer-oriented.
* Attention to detail and stress-resistant
* You are administratively strong.
* Good computer skills with Microsoft (Excel and Word), SAP and MS Office.
