Job details

As a Customer Service employee German at Fitforme, you will be advising people who get a stomach reduction about the use of nutritional supplements. These supplements are something the customers need after a stomach reduction, you will be helping them with every concern. You will be doing this in German.

• You give advice on side effects and dosages
• You handle questions about orders
•  You call and receive calls from the customers

Requirements

• As a customer service employee you are venturous and proactive
• Communicative skilled, stress resistant and flexible
• Fluent in German 
• Available for 24, 28, 32, 36 or 40 hours a week (Mon t /m Fri 8.30 – 17.00)

Who you'll be working for:

FitforMe develops multivitamins for people with stomach reduction. Scientifically substantiated and researched. Completely tailored to the different operations. FitforMe operates worldwide, the head office is in Rotterdam, close to Rotterdam Central Station.
The Benelux customer service team consists of 25 employees, 7 of whom work in Rotterdam. The team is ambitious, mixed, open and informal. There is a culture in which people want to go that extra mile.
