- Recruitment and Selection;
- Onboarding and offboarding;
- Maintaining personnel files;
- Updating of procedures and policies;
- Act as the first point of contact for employees;
- Absenteeism reporting and casemanagement;
- Managing the HR administration;
- Prepare the salary administration.
Gevraagd
Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:- HBO diploma in HRM or equivalent; we are open to workstudent
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, for instance Poortwachter
- 1 year of experience in any HR function
- Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good management and organizational skills
- English / Chinese speaking is a must and Dutch is a plus
