What are you going to do:

As a Dutch-German Customer Service Specialist at Saxo Bank in Amsterdam, you will ensure that customer inquiries are answered quickly and well. In this position, you will become an investment expert, so you should also be interested in finance and investing. In addition, you're good at empathizing with customers and thinking in terms of solutions. You're enthusiastic on the phone and make sure customers are happy. You're also willing to learn about the company's products and comply with company regulations. 

The team

As Dutch-German Customer Service Specialist at Saxo Bank in Amsterdam, you'll be a part of is the Client Services & Order Desk team - your colleagues are brokers and client service representatives. They help private and business clients in the Netherlands and Germany. This is why it is important that you are fluent in both Dutch and German (C1 level). This team has one mission: to increase Net Promoter Scores and provide investment products and services.
