In deze functie als klantenservicemedewerker zorg je ervoor dat alles tussen klanten, de fabriek en kopers goed verloopt. Je geeft passend advies door je kennis van de producten en je bouwt een relatie op met je klanten. Ook verwerk je bestellingen en aanvragen, en zorg je dat klanten blij klanten blijven door op tijd te factureren en klachten vriendelijk op te lossen. Je kunt 1 of 2 dagen vanuit huis werken. Over het werk

As a customer service employee, you are busy with various activities throughout the day. You are responsible for ensuring that everything between the customers, the factory and the buyers runs smoothly. By gaining knowledge of the products and getting to know your customers, you provide appropriate advice while you continue to process orders and requests. You also ensure that existing customers remain customers by invoicing on time, checking whether everything went well and handling any complaints in a friendly manner. There is currently a specific demand within this organization for customer-friendly and commercial talents with a fluent command of the English language. If you also master Dutch, that is a huge advantage.

It is possible for this position to work from home for one or two days.

• Full-time position but 32 hours is negotiable (Friday is a mandatory working day)

Wat wij vragen

• Several years of commercial experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of the German language in word and writing as you communicate with the German market
• Good command of the English language as this is the language in the company
• Knowledge of international export procedures and documentation is a plus
• Strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Living in the Netherlands
