Over het werk

As a customer service employee, you are busy with various activities throughout the day. You are responsible for ensuring that everything between the customers, the factory and the buyers runs smoothly. By gaining knowledge of the products and getting to know your customers, you provide appropriate advice while you continue to process orders and requests. You also ensure that existing customers remain customers by invoicing on time, checking whether everything went well and handling any complaints in a friendly manner. There is currently a specific demand within this organization for customer-friendly and commercial talents with a fluent command of the French and English language. The market you are responsible for is the French market, hence the need to be proficient in this language. English is the leading language within the company itself. If you also master Dutch, that is a nice advantage, but not a must.

It is possible for this position to work from home for two days.

• Full-time position, but 32 hours is negotiable (Friday is a mandatory working day)

Wat wij vragen

• Excellent command of the French language in word and writing, since you will be communicating with the French market
• Knowledge of international export procedures and documentation is a plus
