As fulltime German customer service agent near Utrecht, you already have some experience in customer service, and have worked in the insurance industry before or have strong affinity with this. In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Helping customers understand more about the insurance products offered and how the system works;
• Assisting customers with their pending requests or procedures;
• Moreover, you will manage all associated inquiries via the telephone and email

As you will work for the German market in this position, it is important that you possess a C2 level of German. Next to this, it is also important that you speak either Dutch or German at B1 level.
