In the role of a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a vital pillar for our clients. Your primary objective will be to deliver top-tier support, catering to a diverse range of clients.
Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in their growth endeavours using various communication avenues such as phone, email, and chat
• Backing and broadening the self-service advertising options available to SMB clients within the online and digital advertising sphere
• Supplying assistance both before and after sales for all self-service offerings;
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by offering guidance on products and tools usage
• Recognizing patterns and addressing challenges encountered by multiple SMB clients
• Conveying essential customer-derived insights and feedback regarding products to the engineering team
