What you'll do
Join FitForMe as a Customer Service Coordinator and become an integral part of our Customer Service Department. Your main focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, overseeing your team's performance, and actively contributing to the company's growth. You'll guide your team in resolving customer issues, enhancing service quality, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You'll be doing this in German.

Qualifications

• It is required that your native language is German
• Multitasking: Successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient customer service processes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Experience: Bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
