As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for the entire order processing. From the receipt of the order to the actual delivery of the product, you liaise with customers regarding the process.

- Act as the link between the customer and the organization's field sales team.
- Maintaining contact with (internal) customers and stakeholders.
- Developing good customer relationships to best meet customers' needs.
- Responsible for recording, handling, and resolving customer issues and requests.
- Taking care of the complete order processing, from order input into the SAP system to final delivery.
- Contributing to the optimization of processes to help customers even better.
- You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) program.
- Experience is a plus, but the company offers a good onboarding process for newcomers to the market.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- A true team player, skilled in communication, and customer-oriented.
- Attention to detail and stress-resistant
- You are strong administratively.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft (Excel and Word), SAP, and MS Office.
